Some Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter would like to see Rafa Benitez replace Mauricio Pochettino following another disappointing result for the north London outfit at the weekend against Watford.
Spurs looked to have the perfect fixture at home to the Premier League’s bottom club as they looked to bounce back from poor performances and results against Bayern Munich and Brighton and Hove Albion previously, but instead they had to rely on Dele Alli’s late equaliser to rescue a point against the struggling Hornets.
The draw means Pochettino’s men lie in seventh in the top flight table, although they are three points behind arch-rivals Arsenal having also played a game more – not the ideal the start then.

When you consider they have been knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Colchester United and have been beaten 7-2 at home by Bayern Munich, you can see the issues they have right now.
Benitez left Newcastle United for the Chinese Super League in the summer, taking charge of Dalian Yifang in Asia.
However, it appears that some Spurs supporters would like to bring the 59-year-old back to England, with one saying “the man’s a winner”, and another saying “he’d command respect” – a slight dig at their current boss, perhaps?
Here is just a selection of the Twitter reaction…
