Leeds United have had to endure a tough run of results in recent weeks.
The club have lost eight of their last 12 Championship fixtures, but the season is looking more positive now given that they have picked up two wins in three.
On Saturday afternoon, the Whites took on Barnsley away and managed to find the breakthrough in the 23rd minute thanks to Samuel Saiz.
Ezgjan Alioski scored the second and his fourth in four games to help Leeds to a much-needed victory following Wednesday night’s 4-1 loss to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
During the Yorkshire club’s poor run, manager Thomas Christiansen was targeted with plenty of criticism, and some even called for the coach to be sacked.
Following Saturday’s performance, though, the supporters are feeling more upbeat and gave their backing to the coach, who replaced Garry Monk in the summer.
Leeds currently sit eighth in the Championship table, three points adrift of the playoffs.
