According toMilan, who were linked with signing the Brazilian midfielder during the 2023 summer transfer window, have reignited their pursuit. However, Bayern have also joined the race along with several other Premier League clubs.

The midfielder, who has yet to make his senior debut for Chelsea, initially returned to Vasco da Gama on loan after signing for the Blues in January 2023. Following that stint, he joined Nottingham Forest on a short-term loan in August 2023, but his time there was brief. He returned to Chelsea in January 2024 before being loaned to sister club Strasbourg for the 2024-25 campaign.

It is suggested that Santos will not be returning to Stamford Bridge in January. Instead, he is set to remain in France for the remainder of the season, with his future likely to be reassessed during the summer of 2025.
The young Brazilian has been a standout performer for Strasbourg this season, demonstrating his potential as a top-tier midfielder. In 18 appearances for the Ligue 1 side, he has contributed seven goals and two assists, proving his ability to influence games both as a scorer and a playmaker.
